Over 20 years ago we broke open the doors of elite sports for you. Velocity gave athletes of all levels entry into elite training facilities with access to top-level speed training and coaching techniques. The Sports Medicine Institute a division of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System has partnered with Velocity Sports Performance to offer world class services to all athletes at the Upward Star Center and remote locations.
