Age Groups
Drills and games are designed to teach athletes new skills through guided learning and improve physical qualities with progressive overload. We will divide the campers into 2-3 age groups based on grades so we can push them and give them the right experience.
Work Hard
For 3 hours each day athletes mix drills and games so they experience hard work to improve while having fun
