Your Strength Signature
There are 6 types of athletic strength.
Strength is a measure of force.
In physics, force is defined with the components of: mass, speed, time and direction.
In sports these variables are manipulated in different ways and within set constraints. By looking at how these variables are applied in sports, we can define different types of athletic strength.
