FORCE

This is what most people think of when they say someone is “strong.”  This is, your ability to generate high muscular forces with the lower body and torso.

This is one of the most used tests of strength for athletes around the world.  In hundreds of research studies and in countless professional and Olympic teams globally, it’s used to evaluate the overall strength levels of athletes. 

You can think of this as a foundation for the other qualities of athletic strength.  Without enough FORCE you limit the other types of strength.
