COMBAT SPORT STRENGTH

In our combat sport programs, we target specialized strength types that relate to your performance.  Strength is more than just how much you can lift on the barbell.

A combat sport athletes needs to be able to apply strength in an explosive and reactive manner.

Grappling with an opponent means you need the strength and stamina to stay locked up and dominate.
