INJURY RISK REDUCTION | INDIVIDUAL + TEAM SESSIONS

Athletes get hurt, it’s part of sport. But are you doing everything you can to prevent or minimize damage and become bulletproof? At VSP, you will go through the same sport specific, scientific screening methods that we use with elite athletes from around the world. We identify the risk factors for you as an individual. You will then receive training exercises and techniques to reduce that risk proactively, so you can stay in the game.

When pain, injury or dysfunction set in you need a plan to get back in the game at 100%. Whether it’s rehab from surgery, an acute injury or a long-term issue, we know how to help. Athletes need to use a Performance Rehab approach that focuses on continuing training in all of the activities you’re capable of performing, while finding the underlying cause to create long term success.
