Young Athlete

ACCELERATED| AGES 8 – 11

60-Minute Sessions

During these formative years, the body is primed for new information and ready to ingrain new movement patterns. Athletes will be introduced to and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and high-success environment.

High priority on the following skills:

  • Running technique
  • Athletic coordination
  • Balance 
  • Relative strength

COMPETITIVE | AGES 12-14

120-Minute Sessions

Building on the fundamentals developed in the Accelerated Program, in the Competitive Program athletes will develop neuromuscular patterns and apply those learnings towards athletic skill application.

60 Minutes of Movement Training

  • Acceleration
  • Maximum velocity
  • Change of direction

60 Minutes of Formal Strength and Power Training

  • Olympic lifting technique
  • Strength training
  • Sports specific supplementary exercises

Young Athletes

ELITE PROGRAM | AGES 15+

120-Minute Sessions

Building on the foundations developed in the previous programs, the Elite Program is designed to put the final touches on technique and bring together the final pieces to build the total athlete. In essence, each athlete is optimized according to their biggest areas of improvement.

60 Minutes of Movement Training

  • Acceleration, maximum velocity, change of direction
  • Athletic skill training

60 Minutes of Formal Strength and Power Training

  • Training focus increases with moderate and heavy loads to optimize power output.
